“I have practiced Pilates for many years due to ongoing back issues and I first met Natalie when I attended group classes she taught. She made such an impression with her friendly and captivating manner that when I had a cycling accident in 2016, and the physio suggested 1-2-1 sessions for rehabilitation purposes, I immediately looked her up on Instagram. Thankfully I found her and couldn't believe my luck that she had her own studio at home! My injuries included a slipped disc so when I visited once a week we worked on easing the pain - Natalie knows her anatomy so would never let me push myself too far, despite my attempts to!
